SysOps Engineer

Our organization seeks an experienced professional to fill the role of SysOps Engineer. This position will be placed in our IT Infrastructure & Operations Division and will be responsible for administering Exchange Server and Exchange Online.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in managing Windows Systems, with experience in setting up, configuring, administering, and recovering systems effectively and efficiently. Strong communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to interact with team members and business stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure systems are up-to-date regarding security, vulnerability, and risk frameworks.
• Monitor system performance and availability, performing capacity planning as needed.
• Collaborate with other teams and cross-IT staff on project activities.
• Analyze usage and activity reports to optimize user experiences.
• Maintain the Exchange platform and servers.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Exchange issues or malfunctions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve System issues or malfunctions.

Required Skills:

• Experience with MS Windows Server operating systems and permissions.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently or as part of a team.
