Senior Social Media Data Analyst

Job Description:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of social media metrics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and manage dashboards and reports that visualize campaign performance for clients.
  • Monitor trends and identify opportunities for engagement and improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to inform social media strategies based on data-driven insights.
  • Present findings clearly and confidently to clients and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media analytics and digital marketing.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Experience or strong understanding of data analysis, particularly within social media contexts.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools and Excel.
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to present complex data effectively.
  • Experience in digital marketing or social media management is a plus.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a remote team.
