Key Qualifications:

• Master's or PhD in a relevant field (Engineering, Statistics, Math).
• 5+ years of hands-on Data Science experience.
• 2+ years managing or mentoring data teams.
• Hands-on experience with Time Series/Forecasting, Optimization, Recommendation Systems, and Churn Prediction.
• Expert in Python or R, with exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Knowledge of MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, and advanced ML techniques.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
