The Role of Store Manager is a pivotal position in our organization, requiring exceptional leadership and customer service skills.

As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the store's operations, from achieving sales targets to leading a team of sales assistants. You will also create memorable shopping experiences for customers and ensure that the store maintains excellent visual merchandising and hygiene standards at all times.

You will work closely with the Le Labo Sales Manager to track sales, monitor KPIs, and develop action plans to generate incremental sales. Additionally, you will maintain and monitor inventory levels, optimize the store's schedule according to peak hours, and support the development of the team in selling techniques and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage store operations, including sales, customer service, and inventory management.
  • Lead and develop a team of sales assistants, providing coaching and feedback to ensure they meet their goals.
  • Create memorable shopping experiences for customers through effective visual merchandising and in-store promotions.
  • Analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive business growth.
  • Maintain a positive and inspiring work environment, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
  • +3 years of working experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty sector, with management experience.
  • Passion for art, design, fragrance, and craftsmanship.
  • Business-minded individual aligned with company KPIs.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • Strong multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, delegation, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, as well as experience with POS systems.
  • Able to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events.
