Business Development Representative - LATAM Market
Job Description:Sales Representative is required for the LATAM market. The ideal candidate will have native-level Spanish and fluent English, with a strong background in B2B sales and customer relationship building.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound B2B sales calls to clients
- Presentation of service offerings and deal closure through cold calling
- Client needs identification and performance of upselling and cross-selling activities
- Relationship building and maintenance with new and existing customers
- Collaboration with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction
The successful candidate will possess:
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in B2B sales
- Strong cold calling and upselling skills
- Native-level Spanish and fluent English
- Based in Athens, Greece
- Hybrid work option may be offered after onboarding and performance review
