FTTH Field SpecialistKey Responsibilities:
- Deploy and activate FTTH connections at residential and commercial sites.
- Perform fiber optic splicing, termination, and testing using advanced equipment and tools.
- Identify and troubleshoot network issues, restoring services efficiently.
- Read and interpret technical documents, including network diagrams and manuals.
- Maintain accurate records of daily work, completed jobs, and materials used.
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal cable routing.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Engage with customers to explain services and resolve any service-related issues.
