Business Strategy Analyst

Job Overview:

As a Business Strategy Analyst, you will play a vital role in shaping the rhythm of our supply chain by transforming raw data into smart strategies. Your analytical skills and expertise will enable you to fine-tune systems for peak performance and ensure the right products reach the right places at the right time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver clear, up-to-date dashboards, reports, and presentations that tell the story behind the numbers.
  • Build smarter systems-design and refine tools and processes that adapt to our ever-evolving needs.
  • Prepare the data foundations needed to launch new stores, DCs, and product categories seamlessly.
  • Mine past promotional performance to sharpen forecasts for seasonal events and first-time campaigns.
  • Fine-tune system parameters to ensure replenishment flows smoothly and efficiently.
  • Track down inconsistencies, uncover root causes, and collaborate with teams to keep information clean and reliable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Logistics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's is a plus).
  • At least 3 years of working experience in data, analytics, supply chain, logistics, or demand planning.
  • Solid skills in MS Office and Power BI, with comfort handling large datasets. SAP or ERP experience is a bonus.
  • Expertise with data-driven tools-good knowledge of SQL, R, or Python.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
