Front Office Ambassador

We are seeking a charismatic Front Office Ambassador to join our team. As a key representative of our hotel, you will be responsible for designing tailored welcome experiences for our guests by providing friendly, efficient, and elegant service.

This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can think on their feet and provide seamless support to our customers throughout their stay.

• Design personalized welcome experiences for guests upon arrival;
• Ensure a smooth check-in process with accurate information and timely delivery of room keys;
• Provide exceptional customer service during guest interactions, responding promptly to queries and resolving any issues efficiently;
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently during the check-out process;

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask with ease. You should also have prior experience in a similar position and a solid understanding of hospitality practices.

Key qualifications include:

• Prior experience as a Front Office Agent or similar role;

• Fluency in English; additional languages are an asset;
• Degree in Hospitality or related field;
