Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Rewards Strategist to contribute to the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Total Rewards programs that attract, retain, and motivate talent.
About This Role- Participate in all stages of Job Evaluation (JE) & Grading process, including JE interviews, JE, Grading, and Job Families.
- Design and refine compensation and benefits schemes by conducting market analysis, modeling financial impact, and ensuring compliance with corporate and legal frameworks.
- Monitor and evaluate group medical and pension plans, recommending changes to address evolving business needs and optimize cost-effectiveness.
- Lead the end-to-end administration of annual salary review and variable pay processes, ensuring accuracy, fairness, and timely completion.
- Ensure participation in selected Salary Surveys by preparing data and handling communication with vendors.
- Perform various administrative tasks relevant to Compensation & Benefits, Org. charts, and HR Policies / manuals, in cooperation with HR teams.
- Develop dashboards and analytical reports to track C&B KPIs, support decision-making, and provide insights to senior leadership.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Consulting or HR position.
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration, or any numerical discipline.
- Master's degree in Human Resources or other related degree is an asset.
- Experience in C&B and/or Org. Design fields is a plus.
- Advanced MS Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or Epsilon HRMS is preferred.
- Knowledge of labor market trends and pay equity practices is preferred.
- Fluency in English and Greek (verbal and written).
