About the Role

This role involves providing exceptional customer service and support to clients across various industries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and escalating issues when necessary.

Your primary focus will be on delivering top-notch customer experiences, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, and driving business growth through effective communication and problem-solving skills.

Requirements
  • Fluent Spanish language skills (written and spoken)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
