Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Software Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our dynamic and agile teams working on large-scale transformation projects for global clients.

Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a group of software engineers, design and develop back-end systems for large web-based applications, participate in technical analysis, documentation, implementation, and integration of robust applications, and test and manage early life support of core software tools and assets produced in the context of software development projects.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will possess a degree in Computer Science or a related field, have extensive experience in Java EE applications, SQL, RESTful and SOAP web-services, and team leading. Excellent communication skills, good interpersonal skills, adaptability, and team spirit are essential. Fluency in English is required.

Desirable Skills

Experience in Spring/Spring Boot, JPA or Hibernate, Apache Kafka or RabbitMQ, and NoSQL would be a significant advantage. If you are a motivated and innovative individual with a passion for technology and leadership, we encourage you to apply.
