Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset and be able to turn data into actionable insights.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will hold a position that focuses on data analytics and will include the following responsibilities:

  • Identify trends, insights, and areas of improvement by analyzing large datasets.
  • Develop detailed reports and dashboards to track key sales metrics using Excel, Qlik, and PowerBI.
  • Collaborate with production to deliver actionable insights that help optimize operational processes.
  • Work with SQL to query data from our data warehouse and identify opportunities to streamline and improve cashflow, operations, and reporting processes.

Responsibilities may also include:

  • Creating predictive models using Python.
  • Developing and automating data-driven forecasts.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Excel (including PivotTables and complex formulas).
  • Basic experience working with Qlik or PowerBI.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:

We prefer candidates with:

  • Experience with sales analytics, revenue forecasting, or sales operations.
  • Basic knowledge of Python for data analysis.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
