If you are fluent in German and have a keen interest in the evolving world of digital currencies and blockchain, this is the perfect role for you.

As a cryptocurrency consultant, you will provide essential support and guidance to clients navigating the complexities of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing client inquiries, educating users about our offerings, and assisting with their integration into our systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with German-speaking clients, providing comprehensive support related to cryptocurrency and blockchain solutions.
  • Assist clients in understanding our products and services, helping them maximize their value.
  • Resolve inquiries effectively and efficiently, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Document and track client interactions to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on the latest developments in cryptocurrency regulations, technology, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and enhance service offerings.
Requirements
  • Fluency in German and English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece – remote work only within Greece.
  • Genuine interest in cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
  • Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and market changes.
