About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have fluent spoken and written Croatian with upper-intermediate English skills, enabling them to communicate effectively with guests and hosts in both languages.

  • You will be responsible for resolving guest queries, managing bookings, and ensuring seamless interactions with internal teams when necessary.

  • We require an individual who is adaptable, resilient, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

  • A stable internet connection is essential for remote work, and you should be willing to occasionally work weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide accurate information and effective solutions via multiple communication channels, prioritizing guest satisfaction and adhering to quality metrics.

  2. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.

  • Greek residency is required; relocation before the start date is mandatory.

  • A strong internet connection is necessary for remote work.

  • You should be willing to work occasional weekends.
