Ο ρόλος της εργασίας:
to assist the commercial team in managing orders and products, to handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service, to maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and other relevant data, to contribute to the development of new business opportunities and partnerships, to work closely with the logistics department to ensure timely delivery of products, to perform administrative tasks as required, and to report to management on a regular basis.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, have excellent problem-solving abilities, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. Additionally, you should have knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office, and experience with inventory management.
