Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Campaigns Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, launching, and monitoring marketing campaigns and promotions across Sportsbook and Casino.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in a similar role or customer support department within the industry, with excellent communication and teamwork skills. They will also possess fluency in both English and Greek language, as well as flexibility to work on shift rotation 24/7.

About the Role
  • Plan, launch, and monitor marketing campaigns and promotions across Sportsbook and Casino
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Manage customer queries related to bonuses and promotions
  • Evaluate customer activity and provide accurate information regarding company's promotions
