Our hotel group seeks a motivated professional to join its team in Mykonos as a Cook.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare fresh ingredients according to recipes/menu
  • Cook food and prepare top-quality menu items in a timely manner
  • Test foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature
  • Operate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly
  • Ensure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers

Requirements:

  • Graduate from a culinary arts school with two years' experience
  • Culinary knowledge, including food preparation and recipe development
  • Excellent command of English language
  • Creative and innovative with a passion for culinary excellence
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize as well as to anticipate problems and find practical solutions quickly
