We are seeking a skilled Portuguese Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team for an exciting opportunity in Athens.
About the RoleThis is a fantastic chance to provide exceptional support to customers who share your love for streaming. As a key member of our customer service team, you will assist Portuguese-speaking users with their inquiries, helping them navigate services and offering solutions to enhance their viewing experience.
Your Responsibilities- Deliver outstanding customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about subscriptions, account management, and technical issues.
- Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback to ensure service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and support best practices.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong passion for customer service and commitment to excellence.
- Previous experience in customer service or support roles is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
