Role Overview

This Key Account Manager position involves connecting with potential clients, addressing inquiries, and ensuring accurate data management. You will create tailored sales solutions, manage a client portfolio, and drive customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

  • You will engage with potential clients through phone calls and emails to introduce our offerings and explore their needs.
  • Maintain and update your sales pipeline with accurate client interaction records.
  • Collaborate with small and medium-sized businesses to understand their market goals and challenges.
  • Develop customized sales strategies to meet each client's unique requirements.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Proficiency in German (C1/C2 level)
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level)
  • EU citizenship or a Greek residency card
  • At least one year of experience in Sales
  • Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
  • A desire to learn and advance in the field
