Debt Collector

We are seeking a skilled Debt Collector to join our team. As a Debt Collector, you will be responsible for monitoring accounts receivable, contacting customers for overdue payments, and ensuring the company's credit policy is upheld.

You will analyze ongoing customer financial information, identify potential bad debt risks, and report streamlines to mitigate these risks. Your mission will be to participate in effective debt collection, monitor customer payments, and manage the reconciliation of accounts and securities.

Your duties will also include communicating with clients to manage collections, handling customer claims, and preparing deposit data for entry into our system. You will work closely with the sales department and legal department to achieve our goals.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or relevant field; Master's degree an asset
• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position
• Excellent English language skills (oral and written)
• Strong command of MS-Office applications
• Time management skills in a dynamic working environment
• Negotiation and organization skills with attention to detail
