Restaurant Manager Position">

Are you a motivated and experienced professional looking to take the next step in your hospitality career? We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team at an upscale hotel in Corfu island.

The ideal candidate should have experience managing restaurants within a luxury setting, focusing on delivering exceptional service, training, and leadership.

  • Effective management of restaurant operations, including staffing levels and supply chain management
  • Training, motivating, and coaching employees to deliver high-quality service
  • Implementing procedures for food and beverage quality control, presentation, and service according to industry standards
  • Managing guest feedback and resolving complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a restaurant management position within a luxury hotel or resort
  • Proven experience in managing and supervising teams, with the ability to motivate and build morale
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
