We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Greece.

Job Description

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will handle inquiries via various channels, providing top-notch assistance to customers with account, payment, and technical concerns. Your mission is to deliver exceptional customer experiences through empathy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality support via phone, chat, email, and social media
  • Guide users through account setup, login issues, payment concerns, and technical questions
  • Serve as a dependable contact for sports-related customer needs
  • Respond to client feedback with empathy and professionalism
  • Communicate clearly and effectively to foster trust and customer loyalty
  • Adhere to established procedures and maintain quality service standards
  • Share feedback and ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and support efficiency
Requirements:
  • Fluent in French (C2 level)
  • Fluent in English (B2 level)
  • EU Citizenship or Greek Residency Card
  • 0-1 year of experience in customer support
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and grow
