BOUSSIAS Events is seeking a skilled Content Developer & Conference Producer to lead the development of engaging and informative conferences in the manufacturing sector.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing conference agendas that resonate with the target audience, conducting research on key trends and innovations, and curating high-impact sessions tailored to industry needs.

• Conduct thorough research on the manufacturing industry's landscape, identifying emerging technologies and market needs to design compelling conferences.
• Collaborate with speakers to refine the agenda, ensuring sessions provide actionable insights and remain engaging for attendees.
• Develop detailed marketing briefs and work with the marketing team to promote the event effectively to both sponsors and attendees.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry's landscape, trends, and innovations.
• Previous work experience in marketing, communications, or public relations within the manufacturing sector.
• University degree in marketing/communications or engineering is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
• Creative problem-solving abilities with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
