Loyalty Commerce Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loyalty Commerce Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing, rolling out, and evaluating loyalty activations that drive business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement effective loyalty programs that meet business objectives
  • Develop and execute targeted personalization and loyalty initiatives
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new opportunities and improve existing programs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a relevant position in Retail or FMCG
  • Excellent English language skills (oral and written)
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with BI tools
