Customer Experience Role

We are seeking an exceptional Customer Experience Agent to join our dynamic team in Greece.

This role involves providing top-notch customer service through various channels, including loan applications, inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats. The ideal candidate will be able to handle multiple tasks efficiently, maintain high-quality communication with customers, and adhere to internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Responsibilities:

  • Process loan applications initiated by customers.
  • Answer inbound customer service calls and emails.
  • Perform outbound campaigns calls to boost sales.
  • Handle chats with customers.
  • Maintain high quality of communication with customers in all channels.
  • Adhere to the internal SLA`s set for the respective channels.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in a call center environment.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Fluent level of English, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of customer service practices and principles.
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills.
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
