Recreation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Recreation Manager to join our team at Messonghi in Corfu. As a key member of our entertainment team, you will be responsible for creating unforgettable memories for our guests through innovative recreational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement daily recreational programs, including sports, games, dance, and themed events for children and adults.
• Collaborate with the Entertainment Supervisor and team to plan and execute weekly entertainment programs.
• Host and present activities and performances, including mini-discos for children and live shows.
• Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction through active engagement and personalized interactions.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Confidence in presenting or performing in front of an audience.
• Strong knowledge of English language and basic knowledge of a second language.
• Previous experience in tourism entertainment or performances will be considered an advantage.
