Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries related to online orders: delivery, returns, refunds, and payment issues.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Ensure data security in compliance with GDPR and PCI standards.
  • Escalate complex cases and follow internal procedures.
  • Collaborate with logistics and financial teams.

Requirements:

  • C2-level Swedish and higher and fluent English (C1).
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude.
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts (07:00-24:00, Mon-Sun).
  • Prior experience in customer support or back-office is a plus.
  • EU member state ID or a valid residence card for Portugal
