Junior Finance Analyst

The role involves the preparation, gathering, and interpretation of technical, financial, and economic data for strategic decision-making.

This position requires working with all levels of seniority within the Finance, Commercial, and Technical functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Update financial models using historical data and provide forecasts based on various metrics.
  • Conduct economic analysis for existing/new oil and gas projects across our areas of operations.
  • Analyze financial metrics in specific projects, including revenue, profitability, cost, etc.
  • Apply sensitivity and scenario analysis to support investment decisions.
  • Assist in preparing management and board of directors presentations.
  • Research industry trends and analyze economic factors such as inflation, foreign exchange, and commodity prices.
  • Support credit processes, loan monitoring, and reporting for lenders and banks.
