Job Overview
As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store. This includes managing staff, achieving sales targets, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain an exceptional service experience in store, ensuring high level customers' satisfaction
- Train, mentor, motivate and offer constructive feedback to the team
- Ensure a hazard-free, safe and healthy working environment in compliance with regulations
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain excellent knowledge of products and services offered by the company
• Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and revenue growth
• Foster strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across the organization
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in retail management
• Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- University Degree or equivalent qualification
- A minimum of 2 years' experience of managing a standalone retail store (or Department Store floor)
- Excellent use of English language and computer skills
- Numerical and analytical knowledge to monitor KPIs
- Leadership skills and business orientation
- Excellent communicator, with a positive, open and progressive, energetic, motivating, personal style
