Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic workforce plans to meet business objectives.
- Conduct thorough interviews and assessments of job candidates.
- Oversee employee attendance, working schedules, paid time off, overtime, and breaks.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
- Organize and maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, work permits, and visas.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees with queries or job-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations.
- Manage all back-office and administration tasks for the department.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience as an HR Manager, preferably in international markets.
- Specialization in recruiting for foreign markets is an added advantage.
- A university degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
- Excellent manpower management skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment and evaluation methods during the interview process.
- Proficiency in English language.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Understanding of labor legislation, particularly regarding part-time and overtime regulations.
