Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of retail talent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support succession planning, internal mobility, and career pathing
  • Maintain a pool of internal talent for future opportunities
  • Collaborate with HR teams to design and deliver training programs
  • Conduct data analysis to inform promotion decisions and individual development plans
  • Coordinate coaching and mentoring sessions for high-potential candidates

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in talent management or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously
