As a Total Rewards Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing and continuously improving total rewards programs that attract, retain and motivate top talent. This involves ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and market competitiveness.

  • Contribute to all stages of the job evaluation and grading process, including JE interviews, grading, job families etc.
  • Design and refine compensation and benefits schemes through market analysis, financial modeling and compliance with corporate and legal frameworks.
  • Monitor and evaluate group medical and pension plans, recommending changes to address evolving business needs and optimize cost-effectiveness.
  • Lead the end-to-end administration of the annual salary review and variable pay processes, ensuring accuracy, fairness and timely completion.
  • Collaborate with vendors to prepare data for selected salary surveys and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Perform various administrative tasks related to compensation and benefits, organizational charts and HR policies/manuals in cooperation with HR teams.
  • Develop dashboards and analytical reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), inform decision-making and provide insights to senior leadership.

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR consulting or HR position.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any numerical discipline.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field would be highly valued.
  • Experience in Compensation and Benefits (C&B) and/or Organizational Design is a significant advantage.
  • Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or Epsilon HRMS is a plus.
  • Knowledge of labor market trends and pay equity practices is preferred.
  • Fluency in English and Greek, both verbally and written.
