Online Certification Assistant

As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our certification services. Your primary objective will be to provide top-notch support to our customers, while maintaining the integrity of our examination and certification processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
- Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the examination and certification process.
In addition, you will be responsible for overseeing the secure and fair conduct of certification exams at designated testing centers or online platforms. This will involve enforcing exam rules and protocols to maintain the integrity of the certification process, as well as handling any technical or procedural issues that may arise during exams.
Furthermore, you will execute administrative tasks related to exam registrations, scheduling, and result processing. You will also maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our systems, ensuring compliance with established procedures and standards. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Required Skills and QualificationsWe are seeking an individual with a bachelor's degree in any discipline, as this will be an asset. Previous experience in a similar position or function will be considered an advantage. Prior working experience in the certification of persons and/or training and exam fields would be beneficial.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent command of the English and French language (native-like or C2 level certification desired), with LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate being a plus. Advanced computer literacy is required, with ECDL Advance level certification being considered advantageous.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are essential. The ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with rotating shifts, including night shifts on a monthly basis, weekends, and holidays, is also crucial.

OthersAny person engaged by us to work on SELT duties must undergo a background check prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.
Background checks will include a basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check, Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity, and place of residence), HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)), financial background check, and employment reference check. Equivalent background checks will be conducted for SELT personnel working outside the UK.
