Project Manager:

The company is seeking a project manager for construction projects in the area of Upper Patissia. **Duties:**
  • Managing construction work according to plans and specifications.
  • Regular presence at the construction site - supervision and coordination of work.
  • Design review and problem-solving.
  • Material ordering and receipt.
  • Coordination and guidance of personnel and contractors for the proper execution of work.
  • Preparation of daily reports.
  • Planning, organization, and monitoring of work progress
  • Budget and program preparation and monitoring.
  • Ensuring and improving safety and hygiene issues of the construction site.
  • Suggesting improvements to technical work.


Qualifications:
  • 15 years of work experience in similar high-specification projects.
  • Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with all relevant building codes and regulations
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office.
  • Thorough knowledge of various construction works: excavation, concrete work, electrical and plumbing installations, air conditioning, flooring, door installation, gypsum board installation, coatings, kitchen and bathroom construction, etc.
  • Good team player with excellent communication skills
