We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Officer to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality team, your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional guest experiences by managing all their requests with a friendly, helpful, and genuinely hospitable attitude.

To achieve this goal, you should have an excellent knowledge of the resort and its facilities as well as daily events and activities to provide accurate information to guests during their stay. You will also be responsible for coordinating with other hotel departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure their satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome guests upon arrival and provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local area attractions.
  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of hotel services and promotions to effectively assist guests.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment by working collaboratively with colleagues and other departments.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in a guest-facing role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages, especially German or French, are a plus.
