**Business Data Analyst / Auditor**
**Duties summary**
- Auditing on Project Execution
- Reporting on Key Performance Indices (KPIs)
- Auditing and Reporting on Project Invoicing
**Responsibilities**
Υπεύθυνος για την επεξεργασία και τον έλεγχο σε βάθος και με την μέγιστη ακρίβεια και εμπιστευτικότητα των στοιχείων της υλοποίησης των Έργων της εταιρίας με την επεξεργασία των δεδομένων που συλλέγονται από τους Project Managers και των οικονομικών στοιχείων των έργων, σε συσχετισμό με τις συμβατικές απαιτήσεις των έργων και με βάση τους συμφωνημένους δείκτες απόδοσης (ΚΡΙs) που καθορίζονται από κοινού με τους πελάτες και την εταιρία στο βέλτιστο δυνατό κόστος. Παρακολούθηση της τήρησης των εσωτερικών διαδικασιών της Εταιρίας, την επικοινωνία με τους πελάτες εντός των ορίων της αρμοδιότητας του και την διαμόρφωση προτάσεων για την βέλτιστη υλοποίηση των έργων. Δημιουργία αντιπροσωπευτικών reports ελέγχου των έργων προς την Διοίκηση.
**Requirements**:
**Τυπικά προσόντα**:
- Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ Θετικής Κατεύθυνσης με κατάλληλες σπουδές στην επεξεργασία δεδομένων
- Άριστος χειρισμός Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας σε γραπτό & προφορικό λόγο
- Άριστη χρήση υπολογιστών. Ιδιαιτέρως απαιτείται άριστη επεξεργασία δεδομένων με Excel
- Γνώσεις SQL και Reporting
- Ακρίβεια και ιδιαίτερη προσοχή στην επεξεργασία στοιχείων και την διεξαγωγή συμπερασμάτων
- Συνέπεια, εργατικότητα και διάθεση για επαγγελματική εξέλιξη
- Απόλυτη Εμπιστευτικότητα και προστασία των προς επεξεργασία δεδομένων
- Προσήλωση στην επίτευξη στόχων και αποτελεσματικότητα
Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση τουλάχιστον 5 ετών
