**Βασικές αρμοδιότητες θέσης**:
Διασφάλιση της ομαλής και αποδοτικής λειτουργίας του καταστήματος
Προσήλωση στην επίτευξη των ποσοτικών και ποιοτικών στόχων της εταιρίας
Διαχείριση και εκπαίδευση προσωπικού
Εξασφάλιση της τήρησης των κανόνων και των διαδικασιών της επιχείρησης
Έλεγχος των αποθεμάτων και οργάνωση της αποθήκης
**Προφίλ υποψηφίου/ας**:
Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 3 ετών στην διεύθυνση πολυκαταστήματος ή μεγάλου καταστήματος ανεξαρτήτως κλάδου
Εμπειρία στην οργάνωση και την διοίκηση ομάδας
Ικανότητα στην επικοινωνία και την καλλιέργεια ομαδικού πνεύματος
Υπευθυνότητα, οργάνωση, συνέπεια
Πελατοκεντρική κουλτούρα με προτεραιότητα την ικανοποίηση του πελάτη
Πτυχίο ανώτερης ή ανώτατης σχολής
Ικανοποιητική γνώση Η/Υ, MS OFFICE και εμπορικών προγραμμάτων
Επαρκής γνώση της Αγγλικής
