**Αρμοδιότητες**
- Πάντα χαιρετά και υποδέχεται τους πελάτες του με φιλικό και πρόσχαρο τρόπο καθώς επίσης και κατά την έξοδο τους.
- Συνοδεύει τον πελάτη να πάει στο τραπέζι του.
- Διασφαλίζει ότι οι πελάτες θα εξυπηρετηθούν σε εύλογο χρόνο.
- Έχει καλή γνώση των μενού και της λίστας κρασιών.
- Μιλάει με τους πελάτες και το προσωπικό και χρησιμοποιεί σαφή και επαγγελματική γλώσσα.
- Είναι ικανός να απαντήσει σε οποιεσδήποτε ερωτήσεις σχετικά με το μενού
- Είναι έτοιμος να ικανοποιήσει οποιαδήποτε απροσδόκητη ανάγκη πελάτη και αντιδρά άμεσα και διακριτικά.
- Εφαρμόζει πάντα σωστά τις τεχνικές του σέρβις και ανά πάσα στιγμή και σερβίρει με ενθουσιασμό.
- Βοηθάει στις συναλλαγές και τις παραγγελίες και λύνει προβλήματα στα Point of Sales ή στα PDA.
- Επικοινωνεί με την κουζίνα σχετικά με ερωτήσεις που κάνουν οι πελάτες για το μενού.
- Ενημερώνει για απαιτήσεις και αλλεργίες, διατροφικές ανάγκες και ειδικά αιτήματα στην κουζίνα.
- Επικοινωνεί με τους πελάτες για να βεβαιωθεί ότι είναι ικανοποιημένοι με το φαγητού.
- Προσέχει για την καθαριότητα των χώρων εργασίας, καθ' όλη τη διάρκεια της βάρδιας.
- Πραγματοποιεί το κλείσιμο της βάρδιας στο τερματικό του POS και ετοιμάζει το κλείσιμο του ταμείου, πιθανώς με τον Restaurant Manager.
- Εξασφαλίζει ότι το εστιατόριο είναι πάντα καθαρό και οργανωμένο, τόσο στο μπροστινό όσο και στο πίσω μέρος των χώρων του.
- Διασφαλίζει ότι οι σερβιτόροι του τηρούν τα πρότυπα λειτουργίας και τα SOP's με συνέπεια.
- Ολοκληρώνει τις καθημερινές υποχρεώσεις που έχει ορίσει ο F&B Manager για κάθε μεμονωμένη βάρδια.
- Ολοκληρώνει τα καθήκοντα κλεισίματος, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της ανανέωσης ειδών στα ψυγεία, αλλά και το σβήσιμο των φώτων κ.λπ.
- Λαμβάνει ενεργό ρόλο στην καθοδήγηση και την ανάπτυξη των υφισταμένων
