Η Antyxsoft αναζητά Commercial & Financial Administrator για την υποστήριξη του τμήματος λογιστηρίου και του τμήματος πωλήσεων της. Ως Commercial & Financial Administrator θα είστε υπεύθυνος/η για την εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών της εταιρίας, διασφαλίζοντας την ορθή εκτέλεση των παραγγελιών τους μέσω καθημερινής επικοινωνίας με τους προμηθευτές, τους εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες και τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα της εταιρίας. Παράλληλα, θα υποστηρίζετε το τμήμα λογιστηρίου, συμβάλλοντας στην ομαλή λειτουργία του.
Καθήκοντα
Υποστήριξη τμήματος πωλήσεων
Επικοινωνία με πελάτες για την καταγραφή των αναγκών τους, σύνταξη οικονομικών προσφορών, σε συνεργασία με προμηθευτές, εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες και λοιπά τμήματα της εταιρίας, παρακολούθηση της πορείας της οικονομικής προσφοράς.
Λήψη παραγγελιών πελατών, επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές, εξωτερικούς συνεργάτες και λοιπά τμήματα της εταιρίας για την ορθή εκτέλεση των παραγγελιών, διαχείριση συνδρομών πελατών.
Διαχείριση ερωτήσεων, σχολίων και παραπόνων πελατών με σκοπό την άριστη εξυπηρέτησή τους.
Συλλογή δεδομένων πωλήσεων για την υποστήριξη της ομάδας πωλήσεων, σύνταξη αναφορών, διαχείριση εργαλείων παρακολούθησης πωλήσεων
Υποστήριξη τμήματος λογιστηρίου
Τιμολόγηση πελατών και εξωτερικών συνεργατών
Συμφωνία τιμολογίων προμηθευτών και πελατών κι εντοπισμός αποκλίσεων
Τήρηση ψηφιακών και φυσικών οικονομικών αρχείων
Διαχείριση γραφείου - γραμματειακή υποστήριξη
Διαχείριση τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων
Διαχείριση προμηθειών γραφείου
Οργάνωση και αποθήκευση εταιρικών εγγράφων
Προσόντα
Εργασιακή εμπειρία τουλάχιστον 2 ετών σε τμήμα πωλήσεων ή λογιστηρίου.
Απόφοιτος πανεπιστημιακής σχολής κατεύθυνσης Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων, Λογιστικής/Χρηματοοικονομικής, Οικονομικών ή Μάρκετινγκ. Μεταπτυχιακός τίτλος σπουδών θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών.
Πολύ καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ.
Ενδιαφέρον για τον κλάδο της πληροφορικής.
Άριστες επικοινωνιακές ικανότητες (γραπτές και προφορικές).
Άριστες οργανωτικές ικανότητες και ικανότητες διαχείρισης χρόνου.
