Βοηθά στη διαχείριση της εκτέλεσης όλων των λειτουργιών στα τμήματα της περιοχής των δωματίων (Front Office, Concierge and Housekeeping) και στη διαχείριση του προσωπικού. Προσπαθεί να βελτιώνει συνεχώς την ικανοποίηση επισκεπτών και υπαλλήλων και να μεγιστοποιεί την οικονομική απόδοση του τμήματος. Παρακολουθεί τη συμμόρφωση με τα πρότυπα και τις διαδικασίες. Ηγείται συγκεκριμένης ομάδας, ενώ βοηθάει στην επίτευξη των στόχων της ιδιοκτησίας ή στην υπέρβαση.
Βασικά καθήκοντα:
- Να δημιουργεί και καλλιεργεί ένα περιβάλλον ιδιοκτησίας που δίνει έμφαση στα κίνητρα, την ενδυνάμωση, την ομαδική εργασία, τη συνεχή βελτίωση και το πάθος για την παροχή υπηρεσιών
- Να οδηγεί με παράδειγμα, δείχνοντας αυτοπεποίθηση, ενέργεια και ενθουσιασμό.
- Να ελέγχει όλα τα σχόλια των πελατών που σχετίζονται με το τμήμα δωματίων και να βεβαιώνεται ότι έχει αναληφθεί άμεση δράση καθώς επίσης και να διασφαλίζει ότι εφαρμόζονται λύσεις για την αποφυγή δυσαρέσκειας
- Να ελέγχει τις οικονομικές καταστάσεις, τις εκθέσεις πωλήσεων και δραστηριοτήτων και άλλα δεδομένα απόδοσης για τη μέτρηση της παραγωγικότητας της επίτευξης στόχων και για τον προσδιορισμό τομέων που χρειάζονται μείωση κόστους και βελτίωση προγράμματος.
- Πραγματοποιεί τακτικές επιθεωρήσεις δωματίων, δημόσιων χώρων και χώρων μη προσβάσιμο από τους πελάτες για να διασφαλίσετε ότι διατηρούνται πάντα τα υψηλά πρότυπα
- Να αναπτύσσει ιδέες για την αύξηση των πωλήσεων του τμήματος δωματίων με αναβάθμιση
- Να διατηρεί και επιτύχει υψηλά πρότυπα λειτουργικής αποτελεσματικότητας των δωματίων διασφαλίζοντας ότι όλα τα SOP είναι ενημερωμένα και ότι όλοι οι υπάλληλοι είναι αποτελεσματικά εκπαιδευμένοι. Απαιτούμενα προσόντα και δεξιότητες:
- Σπουδές στον Ξενοδοχειακό ή Τουριστικό κλάδο
- Εργασιακή εμπειρία σε παρόμοια θέση σε ξενοδοχείο 5* για τουλάχιστον 2 χρόνια
- Εξαιρετικές ικανότητες επικοινωνίας
- Προηγμένες δεξιότητες ηγεσίας
- Ικανότητα εργασίας υπό πίεση
- Ικανότητα χειρισμού λειτουργικών προβλημάτων
- Εξαιρετικές ικανότητες επικοινωνίας
- Εξαιρετική γνώση αγγλικών, επίσης η γνώση οποιωνδήποτε πρόσθετων γλωσσών θα θεωρείται πλεονέκτημα.
- Άριστη γνώση υπολογιστών (Ms office, PMS Systems)
