**Περιγραφή Εταιρείας**:
Η Digiastar Technologies αποτελεί μία ταχέως αναπτυσσόμενη εταιρεία στον κλάδο του ebusiness και της Τεχνολογίας.
Οι τρεις ( 3 ) πυλώνες των δραστηριοτήτων της αφορούν:
Α) Κατασκευή Υψηλής Ποιότητας Ιστοσελίδων & Eshop,
Β) eBusiness Εμπορική Στρατηγική & Digital Marketing,
Γ) Ανάπτυξη και Εμπορία Ιδιόκτητων Λογισμικών ( SaaS ).
**Περιγραφή Θέσης Εργασίας**:
Στη Digiastar αναζητούμε το κατάλληλο άτομο για τη θέση διαχείρισης και καταγραφής των οικονομικών στοιχείων της εταιρείας, με μορφή πρακτικής άσκησης (Paid internship - 3,5 ώρες).
Ο κατάλληλος υποψήφιος/-ια θα πρέπει να διαθέτει τις κάτωθι δεξιότητες, ενώ να διενεργεί και τις αναφερόμενες εργασίες:
- Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και Επικοινωνιακές Δεξιότητες
- Δημιουργία μηνιαίων και τριμηνιαίων PnL καταστάσεων (reports αποτελεσμάτων).
- Πρόβλεψη των επερχόμενων εσόδων και εξόδων βάσει ιστορικότητας και recency,
- Ανάληψη του ρόλου της εισπραξιμότητας, για τα προς είσπραξη τιμολόγια
- Διενέργεια Payroll και recurring billings
- Διατήρηση αρχείου, ταξινόμηση και αρχειοθέτηση εγγράφων
- Ανάλυση και οργάνωση των οικονομικών στοιχείων (π.χ. ισολογισμούς, πλάνα κ.α.)
- Πρόσβαση στα οικονομικά στοιχεία της εταιρείας και διενέργεια πληρωμών (διαχείριση Taxis, ebanking κ.α.)
- Συνεργασία με εξωτερικό λογιστήριο
- Διαχείριση των οικονομικών στοιχείων και πλήρη ανάληψη ευθυνών ως εσωτερικός λογιστής/λογίστρια
Skills & Mentality:
- Πολύ Καλή γνώση Η/Υ (Word, Excel - Outlook)
- Υπευθυνότητα, εχεμύθεια, αξιοπιστία, επικοινωνία και οργάνωση κρίνονται ως απαραίτητα για το ρόλο.
