**Βασικά καθήκοντα**:
Καταγραφή και ανάλυση επιχειρηματικών διαδικασιών επιχειρήσεων
Παραμετροποίηση διαδικασιών επιχείρησης μέσω της ERP εφαρμογής του εκάστοτε πελάτη
Εκπαίδευση και υποστήριξη χρηστών των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων
Αντιμετώπιση και επίλυση προβλημάτων
**Απαραίτητα προσόντα**:
Πολύ καλή γνώση εμπορικής διαχείρισης εταιριών
Εμπειρία στην ανάλυση απαιτήσεων και παραμετροποίηση ERP συστημάτων
Ευχέρεια στον γραπτό και προφορικό λόγο και ικανότητα στην παρουσίαση λύσεων
Ευχέρεια στην επικοινωνία, ευελιξία, προσαρμοστικότητα, ομαδικό πνεύμα εργασίας
Ικανότητα επικοινωνίας με πελάτες και συνεργάτες
Εκπληρωμένες στρατιωτικές υποχρεώσεις
**Θα εκτιμηθούν ιδιαίτερα**:
Εμπειρία στη χρήση και παραμετροποίηση erp εφαρμογών της Epsilon Net
Εμπειρία στη χρήση και παραμετροποίηση άλλων αντίστοιχων ERP
Εμπειρία σε βάσεις δεδομένων SQL
Βασικές γνώσεις προγραμματισμού (Java Scripting)
