Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες
Εξασφάλιση της εύρυθμης λειτουργείας των καταστημάτων μας στη βόρεια Ελλάδα
Παρακολούθηση της προόδου πωλήσεων και λήψη ενεργειών για την επίτευξη των day to day στόχων πωλήσεων και επίτευξη των KPIs
Αύξηση πωλήσεων μέσω δημιουργίας ευκαιριών πώλησης ,επιχειρηματικότητας για τα καταστήματα του.
Εντοπίζεις ευκαιρίες για την αύξηση της ικανοποίησης των πελάτων και των πωλήσεων.
Υποστηρίζεις ,καθοδηγείς και διοικείς τις ομάδες σου εμπνέοντας τους έτσι ώστε μαζί να καταφέρετε τους κοινούς σας στόχους.
Εντοπίζεις τα ταλέντα, αξιολογείς και αναπτύσσεις τους ανθρώπους που πλαισιώνουν τις ομάδες σου.
Εξασφάλιση υψηλής ποιότητας εμπορικής παρουσίασης σε συνεργασία με την ομάδα των Διακοσμητών της εταιρείας.
Διασφάλιση υλοποίησης εμπορικών ενεργειών και εκστρατειών
Απαραίτητα προσόντα
Ελάχιστη προϋπηρεσία 3 ετών, απαραίτητη εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση στον κλάδο της ένδυσης
Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (γνώση δεύτερης γλώσσας θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν)
Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ (MS Office)
Απαραίτητα δίπλωμα οδήγησης & Δυνατότητα ταξιδιών
Ευχέρεια στην επικοινωνία και στις διαπροσωπικές σχέσεις, θετικός χαρακτήρας με θέληση για προσφορά και γνώση
Ικανότητα γρήγορης λήψης αποφάσεων σε ένα ταχέως αναπτυσσόμενο περιβάλλον
Ομαδικό πνεύμα
Οργανωτικές και ηγετικές ικανότητες
