Συνοδεύετε ενεργά ολόκληρη τη διαδικασία πρόσληψης,
- Δημιουργία project για την εύρεση κατάλληλων υποψηφίων για την Γερμανία
- ξεκινώντας από τη συζήτηση για τη θέση εργασίας με τα αντίστοιχα στελέχη,
- Είστε υπέυθυνος/η της σύνταξης των αγγελιών και της ενεργής διαχείρισης των υποψηφίων (προεπιλογή, διοργάνωση ραντεβού, συνοδεία συνεντεύξεων) έως την υπογραφή της σύμβασης.
- Χρησιμοποιείτε αποτελεσματικά την ενεργή αναζήτηση ως μέτρο για την πρόσληψη προσωπικού και συνεργάζεστε επίσης με τα δίκτυα κοινωνικών μέσων ενημέρωσης για την προσέλκυση ταλέντων.
- Θα είστε το πρόσωπο επαφής για τα εσωτερικά τμήματα και θα γνωρίζετε τις ανάγκες τους.
- Εάν είναι απαραίτητο, θα υποστηρίζετε επίσης την ομάδα σε έργα ή διαδικασίες που διατρέχουν διάφορες τοποθεσίες (π.χ. έργα προσλήψεων για συγκεκριμένους επιχειρηματικούς τομείς, μέτρα Employer Branding, ψηφιοποίηση, αξιολογήσεις).
- Θα ήταν πλεονέκτημα αλλά όχι απαραίτηο να έχετε ολοκληρώσει επιτυχώς σπουδές στο αντικέιμενο
- ή να έχετε επαγγελματική εμπειρία στον τομέα (με έμφαση στην ενεργή αναζήτηση), π.χ. σε εταιρεία συμβούλων ή προσλήψεων (Recruiting Agencies).
- Να είστε ενθουσιώδεις με τις τάσεις πρόσληψης και να βρίσκετε δημιουργικούς τρόπους να τις αξιοποιείτε
- Να έχετε εμπειρία στη χρήση όλων των κοινών πλατφορμών κοινωνικής δικτύωσης και θέλετε να χρησιμοποιήσετε τις γνώσεις αυτές επικερδώς
- Να είστε προσανατολισμένοι στις υπηρεσίες, επικοινωνιακοί και με αυτοπεποίθηση ομαδικοί παίκτες που προωθούν ενεργά θέματα και απολαμβάνουν τη δικτύωση.
- Επθυμητή αλλά όχι απαραίτητη η γνώση της γερμανικής
- Απαραίτητη η γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας και καλή γνώση του MS Office (ιδίως του Excel)
