Η εταιρεία ΔΙΟΝ Τεχνική Α.Ε. ιδρύθηκε το 2000 και είναι μια από τις εταιρίες του Ομίλου επιχειρήσεων ΔΙΟΝ.
Το αντικείμενο των εργασιών της είναι η παροχή υπηρεσιών συντήρησης και αποχιονισμού οδικών δικτύων, η συντήρηση και επισκευή αγωγών πάσης φύσεως καθώς και τα κατασκευαστικά έργα. Δραστηριοποιείται επίσης στην συντήρηση, επισκευή, πώληση καθώς και τη μίσθωση οχημάτων σε Δημόσιες επιχειρήσεις, οργανισμούς και Ο.Τ.Α.
Στο πλαίσιο της περαιτέρω ανάπτυξής της η εταιρία αναζητά**:Junior IT Support για την έδρα της στο Ωραιόκαστρο Θεσσαλονίκης.**
**Αρμοδιότητες**:
- Άμεση διάγνωση και επίλυση τεχνικών ζητημάτων.
- Καθημερινή επικοινωνία - συνεργασία με το τμήμα IT σε Αθήνα και Θεσσαλονίκη.
- Καταγραφή γεγονότων, προβλημάτων, και των λύσεών τους στο knowledge base της εταιρίας.
**Επιθυμητά προσόντα**:
- Πολύ καλή γνώση υπολογιστών και διαχείρισης δικτύων.
- Πολύ καλή γνώση προϊόντων Microsoft OS και Microsoft 365.
- Επιθυμητή η γνώση διαχείρισης συστημάτων CLOUD.
- Καλή γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας.
- Ένας (1) χρόνος εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση θα εκτιμηθεί.
- Πτυχίο ΑΕ/ΤΕΙ/ΙΕΚ σε αντικείμενο σχετικό με τον τομέα της πληροφορικής.
- Ικανότητα διάγνωσης και επίλυσης βασικών τεχνικών ζητημάτων.
