Η CAS Recruitment Group, πολυεθνική εταιρία με παρουσία σε 5 χώρες και με πολυετή εμπειρία στην παροχή ανθρώπινου δυναμικού αναζητά **έμπειρο Recruiter** για το γραφείο της στην** Αθήνα.**
**Καθήκοντα**:
- Συνομιλεί και συναλλάσσεται καθημερινώς με εταιρίες - πελάτες που επιθυμούν να προσλάβουν προσωπικό μέσω του CAS
- Διεξάγει συνεντεύξεις χρησιμοποιώντας μεθόδους επιλογής και στελέχωσης για να φιλτράρει τους υποψηφίους εντός του χρονοδιαγράμματος
- Κάνει διαλογή των βιογραφικών υποψηφίων και των αιτήσεων πρόσληψης
- Αξιολογεί τις σχετικές γνώσεις των αιτούντων, τις δεξιότητές τους, τις προσωπικές δεξιότητές τους και την εμπειρία τους
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
- Απαραίτητη η εμπειρία στον τομέα του recruiting
- Άριστη γνώση ΜS Office και αγγλικών
- Επιθυμητό Πτυχίο Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων / Διοίκησης Ανθρωπίνου Δυναμικού
- Οργανωτικές ικανότητες
- Επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
