**Αρμοδιότητες ρόλου**:
Αξιολόγηση και προτεραιοποίηση συνεργατών με βάση την δυναμική τους, για τις κατηγορίες ευθύνης του/της
Διαπραγμάτευση, επικοινωνία και ανάπτυξη επαγγελματικών σχέσεων με συνεργάτες
Εφαρμογή προτεραιοτήτων και στρατηγικής
Εκπαίδευση και κατάρτιση των συνεργατών πάνω στην ηλεκτρονική πλατφόρμα και υποστήριξή τους
Διαχείριση και αυτοματοποίηση επικοινωνίας με τους συνεργάτες
**Απαραίτητα προσόντα**:
Κάτοχος πτυχίου Διοίκησης Επιχειρήσεων ή Οικονομικής κατεύθυνσης επιθυμητό
Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 2ετή σε ανάλογη θέση τμήματος αγορών εμπορικής εταιρείας
Καλός χειρισμός γραπτού και προφορικού λόγου
Δυναμισμός και αυτοπαρακίνηση
Εμπορική, μεθοδική και στρατηγική αντίληψη
Άριστη γνώση του Microsoft Office και ιδιαίτερα της εφαρμογής Microsoft Excel
Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτός και προφορικός λόγος)
