As a Customer Support Agent, you'll collaborate with a diverse team to address customer inquiries and technical issues efficiently and empathetically. Whether it's through phone, email, or chat, your primary goal is to assist customers in troubleshooting their products until a resolution is reached. You should excel at providing excellent customer service and maintaining professionalism, even during high-pressure situations.

 

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Norwegian and advanced English proficiency.
  • Strong general computer knowledge.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Flexibility in terms of shifts.
  • Living in or willing to relocate to Greece
