Ons bol.com-project is gevestigd in Thessaloniki, maar je kan vanaf elke plek in Griekenland op afstand werken
We verzinnen geen excuses waarom de camera of ballonnen van de klant niet op tijd worden geleverd voor het eerste verjaardagsfeestje van zijn kind Wij bieden oplossingen Als die oplossing er niet is, creëren we die gewoon en delen we onze ervaringen met onze collega\'s zodat ook zij een glimlach op het gezicht van hun klanten kunnen toveren

Wat ga je doen:
- Het primaire aanspreekpunt zijn voor klantverzoeken als vertegenwoordiger van de toonaangevende online retailer in Nederland
- Luister actief naar wat onze klanten beweegt en bied oplossingen via telefoontjes, e-mails of chats
- Behandelen van vragen over productbestellingen, betalingen en leveringen, evenals klachten van klanten
- Van elke klant een tevreden klant maken
- Ideeën en oplossingen uitwisselen met je collega\'s
- Geniet van je tijd in Griekenland
Wat breng je mee:
- Sterke schriftelijke en mondelinge vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels
- Werkervaring in de detailhandel of bekendheid met e-commerce wordt als een troef beschouwd
- Oplossingsgericht out-of-the-box denken
- Een empathische ziel met de communicatieve vaardigheden die daarbij passen
- Een ondernemersmentaliteit om de nadelen en voordelen tegen elkaar af te wegen
