About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our CSG Booking B2C team in Athens. In this role, you will assist customers with their bookings, provide high-quality support, and ensure an excellent customer experience. If you are a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with strong communication skills, we’d love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and booking processes.
Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Croatian (written and spoken).
  • Previous experience in customer service, reservations, or B2C booking is a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work on-site in Athens during standard business hours.
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude.
