About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our CSG Booking B2C team in Athens. In this role, you will assist customers with their bookings, provide high-quality support, and ensure an excellent customer experience. If you are a detail-oriented, customer-focused professional with strong communication skills, we’d love to hear from you
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with booking inquiries, modifications, and cancellations.
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company policies and booking processes.
- Fluency in English and Croatian (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service, reservations, or B2C booking is a plus.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Athens during standard business hours.
